SHIPPING
We currently only offer delivery within the UK. Additional charges and extended delivery times may apply to send items to hard to reach places within the UK.
We are planning to expand to Ireland and mainland Europe soon. If you would like us to send a one-off special delivery to a location outside of the UK, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Deliveries are currently sent via our delivery partner Evri where possible.
We may sometimes use Parcelforce or DHL when required.
We will provide you a tracking number for your parcel where possible.
Under normal circumstances within the UK delivery is currently free for orders over £60 and £2.99 for orders under £60.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
We understand that there may be circumstances where you need to return an item to us, for returns, refunds and exchanges, in the first instance please email info@willandfinch.com at your earliest opportunity and within 14 days.

We will always process returns in line with this policy and within the trading laws of repairs, replacement and returns for all trading and online selling.
